Ram Ratna International School is looking for a positive and pleasant personality with a desire to excel at multi-dimensional communications with parents, visitors and students through interpersonal, digital and telephonic communications. The role mainly involves managing the school’s main telephone, transferring calls, or taking and communicating messages as appropriate.

As a communication specialist, the role also requires scheduling appointments and also facilitating communication within the school and beyond. The role would also cover communication aspects omni channel communications over the phone, emails and other new-age communication technologies. A timely response to parents/ visitors queries is a crucial aspect of this role. This role would also involve confident interpersonal communication with visitors and ensuring a smooth and seamless visit at our premises. Having the right aptitude will be an advantage in experiencing enriching learning in this role.

Desired profile:
Excellent Verbal / written communication skills.

Good personality.
Good at handling front desk/ receptionist area.
Should be calm, patient, able to work under pressure and a good multi-tasker.

Qualification – Any graduate with prior front desk experience.
